Here’s what you should know
At Ormit Talent, we believe that strong leadership starts with people. With listening, learning and creating space for different voices. That is why diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is not a separate initiative for us. It is part of how we grow talent and how we develop future leaders.
Because let’s be honest: in today’s world, you can’t be a strong leader without being an inclusive one. When people feel seen and valued, they are more engaged, more creative and more capable of leading others. This mindset shapes everything we do: from how we hire and work together, to how we serve our clients.
As of now, we’d like to publish a yearly report to look back, share where we are and define where we want to go next. The 2024 edition is now live.
