You’re an HR enthusiast eager to discover each aspect of the field. The type that craves personal contact and can convince talents of a vacancy with a blink. Hard HR, Soft HR, recruitment marketing, … You’ll open for every challenge we throw at you. Ready to put theory into practice? Join our team as an HR intern.

What can you expect?

An internship of 3 months or more, where no day will be the same. That’s for sure. Because we don’t like to think in boxes. What we do believe in, is offering you the opportunity to discover each aspect of HR. Ultimately, finding your groove within the field.

Some examples of tasks:

Recruitment

  • Join our campus recruiter and represent Ormit Talent at jobfairs, workshops and crazy internal recruitment events. Maybe you even have an idea of your own?
  • Headhunting? Jup, let’s do it. Via LinkedIn or grab your phone to call leads and convince them of our added value.
  • Support our recruitment marketing team in the creation of unique actions and campaigns to boost applications.
  • TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, … Create social media posts of your own.
  • Use our recruitment platforms and get acquainted with tools like Jobteaser, Hubspot, Wefynd, LinkedIn and many more.

Selection

  • Screening of resumes from all our traineeships.
  • Grab your chance to follow our assessors in our unique selection process.
  • Become a game master and observe candidates during our curious case (a game we created to see the true potential of candidates).

Other opportunities

  • Support our HR advisor in different tasks and grab your chance to discover hard HR.
  • HR is more than people. It’s analytics. Dig into our dashboards and help to improve them.
  • You want to contribute to one of our HR projects? Please do! We want to take our HR strategy to the next level in the upcoming years. So whether it’s about projects related to HR innovations, optimizations, digitalization,… you’ll be able to have impact!
  • Help our event planner in hosting events for our trainees and build on the strategy to improve our culture

What’s in your bag?

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree

in business, human resources, psychology or a related field

Ja, yes, and oui!

You’re fluent in English and have the willingness to learn Dutch or French

A passion for HR
