I was responsible for:
- Business Analysis
- Screening potential targets for mergers & acquisitions
- Assess companies digital and managerial capabilities (> 200 companies)
- Prioritize selected companies on strategic criteria
- Supporting the development of Bekaert’s strategy on digitalization through M&A
