Milo Lewinsky

Nothing changes if nothing changes. A sentence summarizing who I am, always looking to try out new things. From Jiu Jitsu to chess, from drum & bass to country music, from cold showers to becoming a plant dad. My interests are all over the place, and I kind of love that. I enjoy discovering new passions and keep looking for ways to grow. Not just in what I do, but in who I am. I reflect often on what it means to be a good person. People often say I bring a calm energy, and I think that’s true. I like to be present, connect with others, and create structure so teams can move forward with clarity and care.

Conscious Communicator

I believe in clear and intentional communication. Over the years, I’ve learned it’s not just what you say, but how, when and to whom. I aim to make data understandable and engaging with a clear story, human language and the occasional bit of humor.

Analytical Thinker

I like to break complex topics into smaller parts to understand how everything fits together. This mindset is key in the world of data, where problems are often layered.

Chameleon

After living in seven countries, adapting has become my second nature. I stay curious in unfamiliar settings and give change the space it needs.

Self-Taught Explorer

When something grabs my attention, I dig into it until I understand it and can apply it. I upskilled in data through certifications, personal projects and by using AI as a learning partner.

What I’m curious about

I’m looking forward to the learning journey ahead. I took a step back from my previous job to pursue a full-time career in data, so my main focus is on discovering data tools and roles. I’m especially interested in using data to bring clarity and structure, and to support people in making better decisions. I’m also looking forward to developing my communication skills and putting my previous experience to good use.

My impact so far :

1

Allegis Group – TEKsystems | Traineeship in IT Account Management (Sep 2024 to Apr 2025)

As part of this six-month program, I learned about Application Development, Big Data & Analytics, and how technical topics connect to business needs. It’s also where I discovered my interest in data. I realized that this is the field where I can bring the most value by combining analytical thinking with a practical, human approach.

2

Page Group PLC – Middle Office Specialist (Aug 2023 to Jun 2024)

I supported the daily operations by managing incoming queries, but quickly found ways to do more. By joining the continuous improvement squad, I helped automate several recurring tasks together with the RPA team. This freed up around eight hours a week. I also made sure the improvements stuck by training my eight teammates in the new tools and flows.

3

Ísey Skyr Nederland – Junior Account Manager (Sep 2022 to May 2023)

I started as an intern and moved into a junior account management role, supporting both the commercial team and the country director. I helped structure workflows and analyzed data to bring more insight into the sales process.
