Agile traineeship with BNP Paribas Fortis

Do you love bringing teams together, solving IT challenges, and making things run smoothly? At BNP Paribas Fortis, they call this a scrum master. Someone who can lead projects, facilitate collaboration and drive results. A job you normally need years of experience for—and now it’s only 24 months away.

An Agile Traineeship with Ormit Talent at BNP Paribas Fortis is not just a job. In just two years we’ll teach you everything to become a real  scrum master Thanks to different roles and missions within the IT department, the leadership and agile trainings and personal coaching. This is your opportunity to fast track your career while driving innovation at Belgium’s leading bank.

Your future job

At BNP Paribas Fortis, you’ll step into one of Belgium’s leading IT hubs to deliver innovative solutions. As a scrum master, you’re part of a multidisciplinary team full of experts in their own field, ensuring the delivery of qualitative (IT) applications that serve millions of customers. Working alongside the Product Owner, you’ll guide your squad to success while fostering collaboration and managing priorities.

Your responsibilities:

Delivery management: Take full ownership of delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and of the highest quality.

Facilitating teamwork: Organize and lead agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to keep the team on track.

Taking responsibility: Be the primary point of contact for your team, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring priorities are managed effectively.

Stakeholder management: Keep all parties aligned by clearly communicating progress, blockers, and priorities.

Problem-solving: Tackle unexpected challenges with confidence and adaptability, ensuring the team can keep moving forward.

Understanding the details: Dive into the technical and operational aspects of projects—because wanting to understand how things work is key to success.

In short, a Scrum Master wears many hats—coach, problem-solver, and facilitator—all with one goal: to help the team succeed while delivering value to the organization.

How do you get there? In only 3 projects.

And with tons of training and support of Ormit Talent of course.
