What roles will you take on?
That partially depends on your talents and interests. One thing is sure, you’ll get a lot of responsibility and autonomy to get things done. But don’t worry: The ArcelorMittal project team is there to support you!
The project is partly in roll-out, but some countries are only at the start. This creates lots of possibilities. Some examples:
- Analyse the business and discover what is needed to make this project a success
- Support and train end-users across Europe
- Be in charge of the look and feel of technology together with UX designers and end-users
- Set up a portal to share expertise in a fun way
- Become a product/test/… owner in an agile environment
How special are you?

You have a master and max 3 years work experience
Any master will do. We are more interested in your personality and leadership skills.
You have a feel for IT, technology and digital
And for efficiency and logistics too. Then you’re in for a treat. And a lot of learning thanks to the job, training and coaching.
You say yes, oui and ja, fluently
Because you are native Dutch or French speaking. And English (level C1) has no secrets either.
You are curious
You want to know everything about as many things as possible. And if you don’t know it, you want to learn it. Comfort zones are a joke to you.
