Through three rotations, you discover different sides of the Product Owner role. You learn how to set priorities, translate strategy into concrete actions, and balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
2. Collaborate and influence
You’ll work closely with people across the bank from project teams and analysts to senior stakeholders. You bring structure to complex challenges and inspire your team to move forward.
3. Build the skills that make a difference
Storytelling, negotiation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking and coaching leadership are at the core of being an effective Product Owner. You strengthen these skills through the training and coaching of Ormit Talent.
Who are you?
Do you get energy of switching between hands-on action and complex strategy, solving puzzles and building bridges? Good.
Furthermore, these skills matter:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

A business mindset with curiosity for digital & IT
3
0–3 years of experience
A first experience as business analyst, consultant or project coordinator is a plus.

Fluency in English AND French or Dutch
