In this program, you build broad experience across different roles, organisations and business challenges. Maybe your first direction gave you a starting point, but not the full answer. Here, you keep growing without having to commit to one fixed path just yet.

- You’ll work in 2 to 3 organisations.

- You won’t be locked into one fixed role. You will work in different roles and on different business challenges. One project might have you analysing what could work better; another, improving processes or driving change; and another, helping people adopt new ways of working.

- You won’t start from scratch: your previous experience shapes the projects you take on. But each assignment adds something new. More responsibility, broader perspective, a different domain and greater impact.

- You’ll work with established organisations such as Telenet, D’Ieteren, NN Insurance, BNP Paribas Fortis, Atlas Copco, Pluxee, Securex, Buildwise, Brussels Airport Company and many others.
