Ormit Talent is a Great Place To Work
And no, we didn’t just come up with that ourselves. It’s official.
The Great Place to Work® label is something we’ve been proud to carry for many years now. But what does it actually mean? And why do we care so much about it? Let’s dive in.
So, what’s this label about?
The Great Place To Work® label is an international recognition for companies that build strong workplace cultures.
To earn it, two things are checked. First, our team fills in an anonymous survey about what it’s really like to work here. Do they feel trusted? Respected? Included? Proud of what they do and who they do it with?
Second, an external team looks at how we support our people. From leadership style to growth opportunities, inclusion to feedback culture.
Based on both results, the label is awarded to organisations that truly put people first and create a place where trust, growth and connection are part of everyday work.
Simple. Honest. And worth striving for.
Why this award matters to us
Because we don’t want to guess how we’re doing. We want to know.
This label gives us real insights into our culture. What’s going well? Where can we do better? It helps us grow as a company, and as individuals. Because just like the talents we work with, we’re not here to stay in our comfort zone.
It’s also a moment to pause and appreciate what we’ve built. A place where feedback is part of the daily flow. Where growth is expected, supported and celebrated. Where people feel seen. That matters.
We also owe a big part of this to our clients. They challenge us, trust us, and give our trainees the space to learn and contribute in real-world settings. Together, we create the kind of environment where people can thrive.
What makes Ormit Talent a Great Place to Work?

You learn how to lead
We believe leadership starts with knowing yourself. Our talents spend the first part of their journey discovering how they think, act and communicate. Then they learn how to inspire others, work with different perspectives and bring fresh ideas to the table.
“The trainings are so interesting, it really gives you keys for your life (work but also private!). I love it.” – Trainee

You grow through experience
We give young talent the chance to work on real challenges in big companies. That means rotating across different teams, environments and roles. So yes, learning by doing.
And we couldn’t do that without our clients. They open doors, give responsibility and offer the trust our trainees need to grow. It’s thanks to this collaboration that we can create the kind of experience that leads to confidence, ownership and long-term impact.
“That’s the thing with Ormit Talent trainees like Margaux: you can throw them in the pool, and you know they’ll swim. They’ll take ownership and ask which stroke to use.” – Jan Van Clé, Tribe Scrum Master at BNP Paribas Fortis

We’re close to your skin
Everyone trainee works with a personal coach. Someone who knows you, challenges you, and helps you grow in ways that matter to you. Coaching is part of the job here, not an extra. It’s how people move forward, both personally and professionally.
“Everyone is so open and there is no topic that cannot be discussed. There is no high barrier to address something.” – Employee

We do it with a twinkle
There’s something about the Ormit Talent vibe. You feel it in the way people support each other, celebrate wins and laugh along the way. We take growth seriously, but not ourselves. The result? A community where feedback flows, friendships grow and learning happens without pressure.
Whether it’s during an escaperoom, skitrip, an off-site or just grabbing coffee with your coach, there’s always room for connection and fun.
“I don’t see Ormit as work, I see this as friends who happen to be my colleagues.” – Trainee
Ready to experience it for yourself?
Whether you’re just starting out or already building something big, Ormit Talent is a place where growth happens. Our culture doesn’t stop at our own walls. It shows up in every project, every team and every company we work with.
We believe culture is contagious. And we’re happy to spread it.
