How we will improve in 2025
Based on the development points from the survey, we’re launching some new initiatives to strengthen how we work.

New space
After more than 25 years, we’re moving to a brand new office. This means loads of space, outdoor eating facilities, an office gym and easy access by public transport!

Transparency
To be as transparent as possible, we organize quarterly ‘Business Insight sessions’ where our management team openly shares updates on our financial performance, strategic decisions, and business direction.

Improved training program for data trainees
We’re partnering with Volve to take our data trainees their development to the next level. We are designing a more tailor-madedevelopment plan customized to their needs and ambitions. By leveraging our community, we’re creating a space where best practices are shared and collaboration on real-world challenges is encouraged. Think hackathons and more!
