And… we did it again! Ormit Talent takes the crown as best workplace in Belgium. We’re ready to wear the Great Place to Work label for yet another year.

We’re hearing it clearly: the work environment improved, but the Ormit Talent vibe took a little hit. Fewer moments together in an office that feels more corporate. So this year we’re bringing the Ormit Talent vibe back into the space. Pictures on the walls, warmth and way more personality.

This year we’re making the bigger picture easier to see. With Business Insights sessions, we’ll share updates, strategic context, and create space for questions.
