Growing up as a twin in a family with not one but two sets of twins shaped how I see the world: connected, curious, and full of surprises. I love being on the move, whether it’s running, hiking, or exploring new ideas. Staying active helps me recharge, but it’s people and purpose that really energize me. I’m drawn to dynamic, people-focused environments where development, feedback, and teamwork are at the center. That’s where I feel most at home, learning from others, challenging myself, and making every experience count.

I’m curious about how organisations can drive business performance while creating long-term impact. I want to learn how teams and leaders tackle big topics like climate transition, innovation and stakeholder engagement. At the same time, I’m looking to grow as a young professional, to better understand how I adapt, lead and contribute to solutions that create value for both business and society.

Ormit Talent – Marketing & Campus Project Officer (Sep 2025 / Current)

I’m part of an internal project that shapes the candidate journey for students. I support HR in reaching and converting talent, while also developing campus recruitment strategies that strengthen our presence on universities. From the marketing side, I help create content that captures who we are and what we stand for. My impact lies in connecting HR and Marketing to work seamlessly toward one shared goal: attracting and engaging the right young talent for Ormit Talent.

Tapio – Partnership Developer (Jan 2025 / Jul 2025)

At this climate tech scale-up, I helped companies translate their sustainability ambitions into measurable action. By connecting with decision-makers and analysing their carbon challenges, I guided them toward tailored Tapio solutions that supported real emission reductions. My outreach efforts expanded Tapio’s client base and deepened relationships with key partners, strengthening the company’s role as a trusted advisor in climate strategy. The result: more organisations equipped to act on their sustainability goals and accelerate their transition to net zero.

Meet My Job – Entrepreneurial Intern (Jan 2024 / Apr 2024)

I helped expand a platform connecting young professionals with sustainable employers. By building partnerships at job fairs and leading a press outreach campaign, I increased visibility among purpose-driven organisations and students. My market research supported the launch of a new section on the site, improving how users discover meaningful jobs. This experience strengthened the platform’s reach and helped more young talents find their place in sustainability-focused companies.
