What you bring to the table

✔️ You hold a MASTER’s degree
In economics, business, management or engineering, or equivalent by experience.

✔️ French, English & Dutch 
Yes, all three. So jumping companies across Belgium is easy. Concretely? Fluent English (C1) PLUS a C2 in Dutch or French AND B2 in the other. 

✔️ At least one year of relevant work experience 
You understand how businesses work and are ready to discover even more.

Expect monthly sessions with a certified coach who’s focused on helping you grow. Did we already tell you this is a different person than your manager?

You’re part of a close group of trainees who are at a similar point in their career. Ambitious, curious, and not afraid to reflect. You challenge each other by sharing experiences, choices and mistakes. You’ll finish with career coaching greater self-awareness about your strengths, motivations, and desired impact. This experience gives you the confidence and direction to pursue a meaningful career.
