Here’s what you should know

At Ormit Talent, we believe that strong leadership starts with people. With listening, learning and creating space for different voices. That is why diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is not a separate initiative for us. It is part of how we grow and develop NextGen Talent.

Because let’s be honest: in today’s world, you can’t be a strong leader without being an inclusive one. When people feel seen and valued, they are more engaged, more creative and more capable of leading others. This mindset shapes everything we do: from how we hire and work together, to how we serve our clients.

This is our second annual report in this DEI journey, where we share where we are and define where we want to go next. The 2025 edition is now live.
