Development Tracks
Shape your culture by developing your people
Trusted by teams who invest in their people
When your talent disengages, it’s because the cracks in your leadership and culture become impossible to ignore. A manager who got promoted for technical skills. An employer brand that promises one thing, while the day-to-day on the floor quietly delivers another.
That’s where Development Tracks come in. We help you close those cracks, and turn good intentions into everyday behavior your talent actually feels.
Imagine 6 months from now
- Managers actually coaching and handling tough conversations without, HR stepping in
- Teams giving each other honest feedback, because they’ve finally learned how
- That specialist who had one foot out the door? Still here.
- Your organisation speaks a shared language for leadership and communication
- A safe environment where people practice, fail, reflect, and grow
I have never before experienced such an in-depth, tangible & practically applicable training. The fact that you work with actors and coaches during the training is unprecedented. Every training session was super valuable in improving the issues you struggle with as a person, manager & colleague and gaining a different perspective. AMAZING!!!

Why this matters for you
Recognize yourself?
Let's talk about it.You see the symptoms: silos, slow decision-making, managers who aren’t keeping up. You feel “people” has become a bottleneck. You just can’t quite put your finger on why. Our development tracks don’t just train individuals. They shift how your organisation leads, communicates, and performs.
You're buying more than a training program: you buy organisational stability, a stronger leadership pipeline, and l fewer escalations landing on your desk.
You carry both the emotional weight and the strategic responsibility, often without the formal power to decide alone. Development Tracks give you something you can take to the executive table with confidence: a structured, evidence-informed approach that produces visible behaviour change, not just participation certificates.
Our development tracks are built with people like you in mind: multi-month journeys with 1:1 coaching baked in. That’s how we produce the kind of real behavioural change you actually care about.
Every track is tailored to your company’s culture and content needs, so you can justify the budget and prove the impact.
You got promoted because you’re good at what you do. But nobody taught you how to give feedback, resolve conflict, delegate well, or create psychological safety. So now you’re caught between pressure from above and resistance from below. Our development tracks give you practical tools and experienced coaches who help you find your own leadership style, in a safe environment where you can actually practice, and stumble, without risk.
How do we build a track that fits your organisation
Intake
We start by listening. What’s happening in your organisation? Which behaviours need to change? Where are the sensitive spots? From there, we shape the content and competences together, bringing our expertise to the table and tailoring it to where you want to go next.
The journey
Participants enter a multi-month blended journey. Group trainings build shared language and skills. Peer intervision creates the accountability and honesty, which is what makes the change actually stick.
Integration
Individual coaching and follow-up turn those insights into real, lasting behavioral change. We stay close: adjusting, coaching, and making sure what your people learned doesn't quietly evaporate the moment they're back at their desks.

Personal development
Your strong performers who could influence far more, if someone helped them see how. They don’t need a management title. They need self-awareness, sharper communication skills, and the confidence to step up when it matters.

People Managers
Leadership development
Your managers who were promoted for their expertise, not their people skills. Technically excellent, but struggling with feedback, delegation, and creating an environment where people want to do their best work.

Team development
A team full of talent that just isn’t clicking together. Tension nobody names. Feedback that never happens. A team-building day isn’t going to fix that.

FAQ
Most tracks run between 6 and 12 months. We space sessions out on purpose, because learning needs room to land. People practise in between, reflect, and come back with real cases. The rhythm is flexible, and we decide together.
8 to 12 participants is ideal. Small enough for trust and real depth. Large enough for diverse perspectives and rich group dynamics.
Yes, that’s exactly how it’s designed. Sessions are spread across months so people keep doing their jobs while developing. In fact, that’s the whole point: participants apply what they learn in real time, in their actual work context, between sessions.
By sitting down with you and listening before we propose anything. We take time to understand your organisation, your people, and your specific challenges. We also discuss how deep we can go, what’s sensitive, and what stretch and growth looks like for you. Every track is co-designed from that conversation.
Good. Some of our most powerful results come from participants who walked in skeptical. Our approach is designed for exactly that audience: No PowerPoint marathons. Think roleplays with professional actors, zoo visits, and exercises that challenge people in ways they don’t see coming. It’s experiential. A little uncomfortable (in the right way). And participants still reference specific moments years later.
By spreading learning over months, not cramming it into a single day. We believe in the strength of these tracks due to the combination of group training and individual learning. During training, we deliberately push people out of their comfort zone (in a safe way). Then 1:1 coaching makes it personal: every participant translates learnings to their own role, patterns, and challenges. And we don’t do this in a vacuum. HR, management, and senior leadership come in as sponsors, so participants are backed from all sides.
Pricing depends on the chosen track, scope, duration, number of participants, and the specific combination of training, coaching and intervision. We’ll give you a transparent proposal after the intake conversation. No surprises.
