Intake

We don’t start from a profile, but with the end in mind. Together with sponsors and managers, we unpack your strategy, LT goals, context and values, to define which programme and profile will support long-term success.

Recruitment & Selection

We design the story, sourcing, and assessment around long-term potential and a cultural fit with your company. Mainly focusing on human skills that predict potential to grow within your organisation. That’s why on average only 2% makes it through.

Impact & Development

Once onboard, trainees grow through a mix of learning on the job, career coaching, and targeted soft-skill training. A dedicated support ecosystem of Ormit Talent experts and key people from your team stays close throughout the journey, so growth happens on both sides: stronger talent, and a stronger organisation.

Heads-up: a NextGen Program isn’t a way to fill open vacancies or today’s gaps. We offer a solution for the long run: Trainees grow into critical positions over time. Depending on your challenges, we have multiple signature tracks we can build on: AI, data, future leaders, …
