When it comes to Energy management, Energy Regulation is key.
If you want to function at peak performance it’s essential to regulate your energy and know how to
destress and recharge the system.
In this workshop we’re going to focus on quick stress release exercises for during the day and exercises that deeply relax and recharge the system for when it’s needed.
With different breathing techniques we are going deep into the parasympathetic nervous system where the participants will feel a change in consciousness and cognitive behavior.
By building up the oxygen levels in the blood and on a cellular level, participants will feel relaxed and energized at the same time.
