The traineeship at a glance

24 months

of experimenting to land in a permanent role that truly fits you.

3 rotations

Discover everything in the field of accounting and taxation by rotating through three different departments. You will take on assignments in Technology, Customer Service & Support, and Sales & Customer Success. One of these assignments will even take place in the Netherlands, providing you with international experience.

Invest in yourself

During the traineeship, you will be challenged to bring out the best in yourself and make an impact. You will receive intensive guidance from experienced professionals and participate in various training sessions to further develop your leadership skills.

What will you do?

During your traineeship, you will work on challenging projects within three departments:

Technology: Testing, project management, functional analysis, business analysis, technical writing, security management…
Customer Service & Support: Project management, certification programs, setting up premium support, business consultancy, building a community…
Sales & Customer Success: Project management, customer analysis, benchmarking, sales operations analysis, customer success management.

One of these assignments will be in the Netherlands, giving you valuable international experience.

After the traineeship, you will know exactly what you want and there will be plenty of exciting roles waiting for you at Wolters Kluwer. A permanent position awaits you, depending on what you have discovered. Do you have what it takes?

Master’s degree

Preferably in a relevant field such as management, economics, law, accounting, taxation…

Languages

Dutch (C1 level) and English.

Experience

You have 0 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience.

Tech-savvy

You are interested in technology and data-driven work.

You take initiative

You can inspire others to embrace change, and have the courage to lead.
